Ingredients

1 oz reduced-fat cottage cheese
6 oz reduced-fat Greek natural yogurt
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup pistachios

Preparation

Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, honey and mix well, and finely chop pistachios with a knife.
